MidAtlantic AIDS Education and Training Center (MAAETC)
The MAAETC provides training and technical assistance through the Ryan White Part F program to HIV clinical
and support service programs. There are two MAAETC Local Partner Sites in Virginia. Virginia Commonwealth University provides services in the Central, Southwest, and Eastern regions and the Inova Juniper Program provides services in the Northern and Northwest regions.
The STD Prevention Training Center at Johns Hopkins
The STD Prevention Training Center at Johns Hopkins offers clinical training including STI Training, Brightfield Microscopy, a Three-Day STI Overview class and Patient Exam classes for healthcare providers in the public and private sectors who offer sexual and reproductive health services through funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
